2009 Greetings in Jesus
Name
It is wonderful to see people in the
congregation reaching out to others in their
workplace, school and social areas with the
gospel of Salvation.
Recent baptisms have attested to this fact and
I encourage all believers to become effective
witnesses out in the market place. There are so
many people out there groping around in the
darkness of this world that need Jesus. Be the
light He has called you to be.
We leave for our Swaziland outreach on 24th
September 2009 and we ask those that are not
going, to join us in prayer in bringing many
souls to Christ. The cost is R500.00 and we
encourage those not going, to sponsor others that
want to go and in doing so, every soul won for
Christ will be to your reward in the Kingdom as
well.
A group from the church recently spent the day
out at Kwazimakwe Church, adding the roofing to
the new section that has been built up. These
additions are to accommodate all the new converts
that have come in through the tent meetings we
held there and the faithful follow-up work of
Temba Makize.
Our condolences go to Margaret Kreush on the
loss of her husband, Doug. It is in these times
that we remember that God said He would be a
husband to the widows. May His grace be
sufficient for her.
Thanks to all the ladies for the blessed
birthday meal we had on the 23rd. What a spread
there was and, combined with the baptism, baby
dedication, awesome worship and word of God, we
felt like Full Gospels!
Two young couples have made the big decision
to get married in September. We wish Shaun and
Cenel, and Nicolas and Nadine God's best blessing
on their wedding day.
Blessings
Pastor Peter
